Mosaic Gardens at Westlake is a 125-Unit affordable housing apartment building with a variety of support services. Units are offered to families and seniors, ½ of which are offered to the chronically homeless. The full-time support services successfully make-up a vital part of the building programs, including treatment for chemical addiction and physical and mental disabilities. Amenities of the building include computer labs, a fitness room, lounges, and a senior community rooftop with vegetable and herb gardens.
